Resilient for Life is a targeted programme designed specifically for children in care (looked-after children) and care leavers. The project aims to build resilience and strengthen mental well-being by providing a safe, supportive environment where young people can develop the tools they need to cope with life’s challenges. Through age-appropriate, creative, and engaging workshops, participants gain practical life skills, including emotional regulation, financial literacy, and social independence essential for living confidently and independently. Each session is designed to be fun, accessible, and empowering, supporting young people to grow in confidence and capability.
