Life Brooks International is delighted to announce that we are now officially an accredited Arts Award Centre. This marks an exciting new chapter in our mission to empower communities through creativity, education, and opportunity.
About Arts Award
Arts Award is a nationally recognised programme managed by Trinity College London in association with Arts Council England. It inspires young people to grow their creativity and leadership talents while gaining a formal qualification. The award can be achieved at five levels – Discover, Explore, Bronze, Silver, and Gold making it accessible for children and young people of all ages and abilities.
Through Arts Award, participants develop essential skills such as communication, teamwork, creativity, and leadership. The programme not only celebrates artistic expression but also builds confidence and helps young people see themselves as capable of shaping their futures through the arts.
What this means for Life Brooks
As an accredited centre, Life Brooks can now deliver Arts Award programmes directly to young people within our community projects. This aligns with our commitment to nurturing talent, fostering creativity, and improving quality of life for children and families. By embedding Arts Award into our activities, we will provide young people with the chance to create, perform, explore, and reflect while earning a qualification that is recognised nationally.
We are particularly excited about the opportunities this brings to the children and young people we work with, local schools, youth groups, and community partners. Together, we can inspire a new generation of artists, leaders, and changemakers.
Looking Ahead
Becoming an Arts Award Centre strengthens Life Brooks’ vision of using creativity as a tool for transformation. We look forward to celebrating the achievements of our first Arts Award participants in the months ahead.
